Egg Salad Recipe

Very easy to make 🙂


  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise  (if you want, you could, but I only added around 1/4 teaspoon) 

1. Boil the eggs (either you could boil it with water for about 10-12 min, or you could use rice cooker)
2. Take out the boiled eggs and rinse them under cold water, so the shells would come off easily.
3. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
