Simple Avocado Dip 簡易版酪梨醬

今天假日在家難得悠閒,但冰箱食荒的時候卻還肖想吃好料 ;s 於是乎拿起購物袋子到頂好買了牛排跟酪梨,決定晚餐犒賞自己 🙂

以前住中南美常常吃到酪梨醬(有點像是去韓國常常可以吃到kimchi一樣)~
今天上網參考了一些食譜, 但由於材料有限, 因此決定做簡單版的!

Ingredients 材料:
Avocado 酪梨4顆
Onion 洋蔥1/4顆(特別喜歡可以1/2顆)
Lemon 檸檬1顆
Salt 鹽巴少許

Procedures 作法:
1.酪梨切半將籽去掉,切成小塊放到碗中搗成酪梨泥。
2. 再將洋蔥剁碎倒入酪梨泥中。
3. 最後加上檸檬汁與撒上少許的鹽巴即可 (味道可以依照自己喜歡的口味斟酌)。

↑Step 1: Cut the avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado put in a mixing bowl and roughly mash the avocado.

↑Step2: Slice 1/4 of the onion into small dices.

↑Step 3: Add in lemon and a little bit of salt

再來就是準備煎牛排囉! 如果要跟我一樣懶人作法不用到烤箱的話,建議先將牛排撒上鹽巴後放置在室溫約40分鐘,這樣肉質在煎的時候會比較嫩。

為何煎牛排前撒鹽巴呢? 因為鹽巴會先讓肉出水到表層,同時分解肉中的蛋白質使得肉更嫩Q。

倒1小匙橄欖油至平底鍋後待鍋子微微冒煙後即可下鍋,每面煎約3-5分鐘(看你想要吃幾分熟)即可起鍋囉~

Salt the steaks in advance for 40 minutes in room temperature before pan frying. The salt draws the moisture out to the surface; at the same time tenderizing the meat and breaking down proteins.

Then oil the pan with 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil over high heat and fry each side for 3-5 minutes (depending on the thickness and desired doneness).
